Registration

Registrations are in two formats.
Basic Registration which includes credentials for in-person participation in all sessions, including technical sessions, conference proceedings, workshop, and tutorial.
Full Registration which covers basic registration, conference package, and lunch for two days of the conference.
Full registration will close on May 1st 2025.
International registrations are virtual only.
IEEE member registrants will be entitled to a %20 discount on the full registration fee.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register as a full registration.
For banquet registration, refer to the reception desk on May, 1st, 15:15-15:45. Banquet registration costs 3,600,000 IRR and 6,000,000 IRR for the participants with full and basic registrations, respectively.
